July 23, 2015 July 23, 2015/ Rachael Hosein I’ve been getting into making compound butter lately. This is my favourite so far. Garlic Basil ButterIn a food processor, chop 15 leaves of basil and 3 cloves of garlic.Add ½ cup butter.Blend until completely incorporated.
